A Girl’s Notebook :)

Due to Antoinette’s health condition, I have thought of living in the province. If I will be able to earn enough money, I would also acquire a beach resort. Aside from the fact that I really love beaches; walking on the sand like those in the north myrtle beach, while enjoying the ocean breeze and the cool music it brings, swimming is good therapy for asthmatic persons like her.

The beach needs not to be huge. Just enough for fine nipa house where we can stay. Although, I have thought about the danger of living by the beach, having a house by the sea is one of the greatest dreams I have.

I believe that I would be able to fulfill this dream, one day soon. Please help me God!

I wasn’t able to report for work last Friday because I needed to bring Antoinette to the hospital. She is suffering from colds and she is having difficulty in breathing already. Aside from that, we noticed that her eyes are swollen. We thought that it is just normal because she has bad colds. When we arrived at the hospital, the pediatrician told us that she is already suffering from allergic conjunctivitis that’s why her eyes are swollen.

I informed my immediate superior about her condition and he thoughtfully understood it. Since we know that, the cool breeze brought about by December will trigger asthma and other respiratory related illness, we have prepared enough medicine for her. We see to it that even if an asthma attack happens in the wee hours of the day, we have enough medicine to use.

I always pray and wish for Nonet to overcome asthma before she reaches 7 years old. I pray to God to bless her always with good health and to keep her away from sickness.

My sister and I heard the 8PM mass yesterday. It is the last scheduled mass every Sunday in our parish. I used to hear mass during the 5PM mass, but I find the 8PM mass more solemn.

Anyway, yesterday the Christian world celebrated Christ the King. It was the last Catholic feast then Advent begins. As I contemplate about yesterday’s feast, I wonder how people appreciate why we celebrate Christ kingship. I know that each one of us has our own way of expressing our respect to His majesty.

Unlike other royalties we have known in our history class, Jesus is the one who truly showed us that He is a king yet a servant. He is a king who did not live a wealthy life and was not dressed with fine robes. He is a king who gave His life to save humankind.

It is true that Jesus kingdom is not here on earth. But I’d rather be in His kingdom rather than all the famous and popular kingdoms on earth.

I know that it has been a while since I have posted information and stuff here on my online journal. Last night I thought of working in front of my computer to keep you posted with the latest cool things about me!

Hopefully, you enjoy reading my blog and somehow learned from my own life experiences. I decided to sleep early last night so that I will have a new day, to start writing for my blog again.

How I love to grab a hot expresso made through jura capresso to awaken my sleepy nerves! Today is Monday and let us begin the day, the week, right!
